Neptune Festival Boardwalk Weekend

Virginia Beach's signature end-of-summer festival takes over the oceanfront boardwalk with free live music, an art and craft show, and the internationally judged sandsculpting championship. Families can spend the day at Poseidon's Playground, a free fun zone with games, face painters, balloon artists, and magicians, and catch the Grand Parade on Saturday morning.
