Charlottesville's Grand Illumination

Charlottesville kicks off the holiday season with its annual tree lighting at the Ting Pavilion on the historic Downtown Mall. This free, all-ages celebration brings live music, kids' crafts, games, and letters to Santa. The evening ends with the lighting of a tree strung with more than 20,000 LED lights.
