Leaving a review
After you've worked with a vendor, you can leave a review to help other families decide. Reviews are one of the most useful things on a profile.
Who can review
You need a free account to write a review, and you can leave one review per vendor. You don't have to have booked through us — reviews are based on your real experience with that vendor.
Writing your review
On the vendor's profile, choose to leave a review and add:
- A star rating from 1 to 5.
- A short written review describing your experience.
- Optionally, tag it as a family event and note the age groups who attended, so other families know it fits their crowd.
If a vendor gave you something in exchange for your review — a discount, a free or reduced-price service, or another incentive — check the "I received an incentive" box. We'll add a small "Incentivized" note to your review. The FTC asks reviewers to disclose this, and it keeps reviews trustworthy for other families.
Adding photos
Once your review is posted, you can add up to five photos from the event right on your review card. Every photo is checked before it appears, so adding or removing one sends your review back for a quick review. Please only add photos you took, and avoid images that show other people's children without their family's OK.
Review before it appears
Reviews go through the same content review as other public content, so there's a short wait before yours appears. This keeps reviews genuine and on-topic. You can edit or remove your own review at any time from the vendor's profile.
If a review isn't published because it doesn't meet our Community Standards, you'll see that on your review card, with a link to appeal the decision if you think it was a mistake.
Vendor replies
Vendors can reply to a review once it's published — a reply is reviewed before it appears, just like your review. It's a chance for both sides to be heard.
Keep it fair
Write from your own honest experience. Reviews that aren't based on a real interaction, or that include contact details, promotions, or personal attacks, may be removed — see our Community Standards.
