Requesting a quote

Every published vendor profile has a Request a quote form. It is the direct way to start a conversation with a vendor.

No account required

You can send a quote request without creating an account. Add your name, email, and a short message about your event. The more you share — date, location, type of event, headcount — the more useful the vendor's reply will be, but only your name, email, and message are required.

If you'd like to keep track of the requests you send, tick the option to create a free account right on the form — we'll take you to sign-up after your request is sent, and this request will be waiting in your My requests list.

What happens after you submit

We deliver your message to the vendor by email and as an in-app notification. Your name and email are shared with that vendor so they can respond; no other users see your request. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Response times

Family-Friendly Events delivers your message — but the reply is up to the vendor, and we can't guarantee one. If you haven't heard back within a few business days, try the website or phone number on the vendor's profile (when listed), or send a request to another vendor in the same category.
