Getting started

Listing your business on Family-Friendly Events is free, and getting started takes just a few minutes.

Register

Create a vendor account at Register as a vendor. You'll set up your login first; your public profile comes next.

Build your profile

After registering, you land in your vendor dashboard, where you fill in your business details, add your family-friendly answers, upload a photo, and set your service area. You don't have to finish everything in one sitting — a completion checklist in the dashboard shows what's left.

Publish when you're ready

Your profile stays Hidden until you choose to publish it — nothing goes public by accident. When you publish for the first time, your profile enters our moderation queue for review. Most profiles are reviewed within one to two business days, and we email you when the decision is made.

Refer other vendors

Your dashboard has a personal referral link you can share with other vendors who welcome families. Listing is free during Early Access — and when paid plans launch, you'll earn account credit for the vendors you referred.
