Responding to quote requests
When a family is interested, they submit a quote request from your profile. Here's how to make the most of them.
How requests reach you
Every quote request arrives two ways: by email and as an in-app notification in your dashboard. Each request includes the family's name, email, and message, plus any event details they chose to share — date, location, headcount, and type of event.
Follow up directly
Reply to the family using the email address on the request. Family-Friendly Events delivers the message, but the conversation and any booking happen directly between you and the client — we don't sit in the middle.
Respond quickly
Families often contact several vendors at once. A fast, friendly reply — even just to confirm your availability and ask a follow-up question — goes a long way toward winning the booking.
If something looks off
If a request looks like spam or is abusive, you don't have to respond. You can report problem content from your dashboard, and our moderation team will take a look.
