Understanding your analytics
Your dashboard has an Analytics tab that shows how families are finding and engaging with your profile. Only you can see it — these figures are never shown to the public.
Profile views
The number of times your public profile page has been opened. We show the last 30 days, the last 90 days, and the all-time total, plus a small chart of the last 30 days so you can spot trends.
We count real visits: obvious bots and search-engine crawlers are excluded, and each visitor is counted at most once per day (so refreshing your own page won't inflate the number). Figures can lag by a few minutes.
Families who saved you
How many families have saved your profile to their favorites — a strong signal of interest. We show the running total and how many were added in the last 30 days.
Quote requests
How many quote requests you've received through your profile, in total and in the last 30 days. The requests themselves arrive by email and appear in your dashboard.
Reviews
Your average star rating and how many reviews you have. See the Reviews tab to read them and reply.
Why views might be low at first
A brand-new profile takes time to build visibility. A few things help: publish your profile (nothing is counted while it's hidden), complete every section, answer the family-friendly prompts thoroughly, add a photo, and share your profile link. See Getting found beyond our directory for more.
