How to report a problem

If you come across a profile, review, event, or other listing that breaks our standards, please tell us. Reports help keep the directory safe for every family.

How to report

Look for the Report option on the content in question. You'll need to be signed in to submit a report, and you can add a short reason so our team knows what to look for.

What happens next

Every report goes to our moderation team for review. Content that draws multiple independent reports may be temporarily hidden automatically while we take a closer look. We review reports and decide whether to leave the content up or remove it.

For urgent concerns

If something needs immediate attention — a safety issue, or content that shouldn't be online at all — contact support directly instead of waiting on the report queue.

Reporting fairly

Report content that genuinely breaks our standards. Submitting repeated or bad-faith reports can itself be a violation. See Moderation and appeals for what happens after a decision.
